Home / Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
When you use a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, address, the type and approximate amount of your debt, and any message. We also record the page you submitted from and the time.
We do not sell your information for any other purpose, and partners may only use it to respond to your request and as their own privacy policies allow.
If you consent on a form, partners may contact you by phone or text, including with automated technology. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the caller, or contacting us.
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure traffic and advertising, and, where advertising is shown, to serve and personalize ads. This may include tools from Meta (the Meta pixel) and Google. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of personalized ads through your Google and Meta ad settings or at optout.aboutads.info.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sharing it, by contacting us. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
We use reasonable safeguards and keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
We will post any changes here and update the effective date.
